We enjoyed ourselves at lunchtime in this bustling diner, with a great selection of meals. Although at the busiest time, we were seated immediately, greeted and served promptly by a very friendly, helpful waitress.

I've avoided this place before for it's average food but the food today was actually pretty good. Unfortunately, the service was so awful both my wife and I wanted to desperately leave mid meal. The waitress felt the need to remind us"It's extra" any time we wanted more dipping sauce or another refreshment. She also seemed to be attending every single table in her section and completely avoiding us. We had to literally flag her down to get service. After her poor performance and lack of grace, we completely lost our appetite. Finally she comes back to us on her own and asks "Are you done?" As

My friends and I went to Allwood Diner to celebrate one of our friend’s birthdays. The food was really good and we all enjoyed our meal. The portions were generous, so it was definitely worth it. It was a great place to celebrate and spend time with friends.

My family & I went for my grandmother's birthday, and the staff were very nice! The manager(?) greeted my grandmother, asked her for her name, and congratulated her. The food was great, and our server helped us push for her to get birthday. It took a bit of convincing but she was very happy about the slice, and with the dinner. Thank you so much!
