We ordered 2 meals on mother's day plus soup and extra egg rolls, 1 white rice, 1 fried rice. Meal total 70.00+. Our order took 2hrs to fill. We kept being told 10 min, 20 more min until 2hr had passed. Our rice was not hot, luke warm and fried rice had zero flavor, the chicken was not crispy or hot, barely warm. The egg rolls were cold inside despite being fried, only the soup was hot for the whole meal. They were incredibly busy. We understand that but obviously they did not account for online orders, did not adjust online pick up times and would Not give a refund when customers including us

I have been coming to Ping On for at least a decade. Best in town! The food is always hot and fresh, I don't care how long the wait may be-always worth it. The portion sizes are huge! The sesame chicken meal will be three servings of food, the chicken is still crispy even with the sauce on it. The wonton soup has the best flavor, the broth is so flavorful, there is definitely a more noodle to filling ratio. The rice is always perfectly cooked. I know it may sound strange, but even my cats love the white rice, they see us come in with the take out bags and can't wait for rice!

I know it’s New Year’s Eve… but I ordered food at 5:05pm and they quoted me 15-20 minutes. Cool. We sat there… over 2 hours after I placed the order, we left. They said “no! 10 more minutes” after saying it would be out “soon” over the past 2 hours. Meanwhile, they were still quoting take out orders at 15-20 minutes. It’s 7:30pm and they just called to say it’s ready. I said no, explaining why this was insanity and she said “oh”. We love their egg rolls and otherwise have had good experiences with this place. But this is crazy. Horrible customer service. Again, I get it’s NYE, but a little hon
