This visit was enough for me to never come back. When I walked up to the counter to order, I stood there waiting for several minutes. One employee briefly looked at me while working the register but never acknowledged me—no greeting, no indication that someone would be with me shortly, nothing. Another employee looked directly at me, turned around, and walked away without saying a word. Finally, a young woman noticed me and asked if I had been helped or was waiting for something. I dropped in today while visiting from out of town. I desperately needed a good cup of coffee and someplace other than my hotel room to get some atmosphere and do a little bit of computer work. The coffee was unimpressive - too cold, luke warm at best (and I don't like my coffee super hot) and way too sweet! I had been sitting there for a while working and decided I just couldn't keep drinking the coffee as is and I was a bit hungry, so I ordered a salad and asked the counter staff if I could get pay for some drip coffee to be added to my previously ordered latte because it was too cold
