Had a really good experience with a guy working solo tonight Friday may 22 at 12 am. Unfortunately I couldn’t catch his name but he was very kind & helpful and made our experience getting the buckets so fun and worth it!

Staff are friendly, I got exactly what I wanted every time, etc. There could definitely be more seats for groups of 3 or larger, however it isn’t that big of a deal as you can just move them. Good thing to note however- the hot chocolate is served piping hot.

Just got a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Bacon hardly cooked. The croissant was wet though and though. The croissant has the consistency of plastic. I haven’t had one of these in awhile but the quality can’t drop that much
