I picked up my chicken Philly sandwich and, upon arriving home, noticed blood on both the inside and outside of the wrap. I sent pictures to the associate and explained the situation. Her comment was, "It definitely looks like blood." She mentioned that a manager would call me, but I still haven't heard from anyone at this location. I didn't get a refund either! They totally ignored this complaint. See photos

Visited the Lenny’s Collierville location on Poplar last night… My Chicken Philly salad was so good, I called the restaurant and told them it was the absolute best Lenny’s salad I’d ever had!! Not only was the food exceptional but the service was too! The young lady at the register was so sweet and polite! I think I may get another salad tonight 😂

My daughter wanted Lennys today so we decided to head to the one nearest us, which was this Collierville location. Attempted to order online but the app stated they weren't accepting orders at the time. No worries, I decided to go in. I always speak and say hello when I arrive somewhere, the staff didn't acknowledge it. As I was giving the cashier my order she seemed frustrated. I asked if it had been a long day, she responded with a slight nod of yes. That explained the lack of response I received when I came in.
