I traveled from Woodbridge to the area and based on a recommendation stopped by to eat at Cap'n Tom. I was not disappointed. We were seated immediately, greeted by a friendly server and enjoyed cool drinks. Our Wednesday specials were served hot and fresh. Thanks for a satisfying meal.

We arrived at opening time. There was a gaggle of people you could tell were regulars. We got seated quickly. Our server promptly greeted us and took our drink order. After getting our drinks, she gave us time to read over the menu. We both went with the daily special. It was a fried fish and shrimp with two sides. I got the fries and baked potato and he got the apple sauce and green beans. Everything came out at the same time and hot and fresh. Hushpuppies came with the special. Everything was delicious. The tartar sauce was notably delicious. I'm not usually a fan, but it was great

Went for lunch on a whim, and so happy we did. They have lunch specials which we appreciate. There was so much food, it could’ve been dinner. Ordered the fish/popcorn shrimp, Cole slaw and baked potato (you can choose your sides). Meal came with hush puppies. Delicious! Our waitress was wonderful as was the entire staff. Wish we had taken photos! Definitely going back!

0/10 food. absolutely foul. i would NOT recommend. we are major seafood people. this was by far the worst we have ever had. i would rather eat captain Ds. over $100 for the worst meal i have had in a LONG time out to eat. the service was horrible. server didn’t check on us enough (i serve also) do not go here. didn’t finish our food was so disgusting
