We had mixed reviews from or group. The Seoul bowl was good but dry and lacked flavor. We asked for extra sauce and it was on point (we got the Bulgogi). The salmon was good and so was the Ramen and the dip sandwich. The cocktails were all DELICIOUS and unique. The service was good initially then we didn’t see our server for sometime and not much until we left…and it wasn’t very busy. We’d still go back though and give it another try. We did love the setting and ambiance. They definitely nailed the fusion idea on the head and we enjoyed the experience!

503W was a vibe. Such a fun and great place. The drinks we ordered were delicious! Our food had some pros and cons. The cubano was very very good; however, the steamed bun sliders were a little flavorless and the bun was a little harder than what I'm used to. The chicken in the salad we got was delicious but the salad itself tasted like chemical. Service was great, our waitress was on it the whole time we were there.

Is this one of the top restaurants in Colorado Springs? I think so! Located just west of downtown near Old Colorado Springs, this old building has been rehabbed to the home of 503W - an Asian fusion restaurant with some spectacular food options. We loved the satay appetizer and Korean fusion cheesesteak. The sweet potato fries are excellent. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and flavor. The service tends toward aloof but efficient. My Husband and I were on our honeymoon in Colorado Springs Dec 2025. I was looking for good and different places to eat and stumbled across a reddit thread where 503W was mentioned several times. I am SO HAPPY we went because everything was absolutely perfect!!! The vibe, the service, the drinks and the food were beyond amazing. We went twice!! Our server was Chelsea and she was fabulous!!! She even gave a rec for The Sushi Spot and that was incredible as well! But the food at 503W is just phenomenal! The Fresh Prince dessert?! HEAVEN.
