I called ahead to place an order and let the staff know I was on my way to pick it up before closing. Due to traffic and red lights, I arrived at 9:01 PM — just one minute after closing. Despite communicating in advance, the staff refused to wait even a single minute to complete the pickup. I understand businesses have closing times, but this situation lacked basic customer consideration, especially since I made the effort to call ahead and was essentially already there. Idk what size that chicken was it was burned and dry and when we ask if they can switch the plate they compared it to another plate and said it’s the same size never get chicken there one lady was super chill but the other acted extremely rude not worth the money I’ll chase loco pollo next time better service better quality of food

Slow service... almost 10 min for my food....!! :( came for the second time to give them a chance 13 dollars for small pieces of chicken this is ridiculous... they look like chicken nuggets ... cashier said that's how the chicken comes ... smh ... last time I come here
