I’ve never had a bad experience here. However, the atmosphere and esthetic is not comfy or cozy. Whomever designed this one did NOT want customers to stay. It’s acoustically loud, the chairs are not comfortable and it’s just hard floor and windows. Nothing cozy or welcoming at all. Like a gas station.

Something rotten has gotten into this team. Something- change in management?- has made every person start acting needlessly mean. They make rude quips and always have some backhand remark. Guys. We are all doing the best we can, why do you feel the need to talk down to people? I am not a mean or rude person, getting treated like one is crummy. I came here every day and was in the top 5% of customers in the country last year and i am so turned off by these people i am done with starbucks.
