I'm not from around here. Finished a work meeting and someone recommended a nearby kebab shop for Shawarma, but I prefer to support local over a chain--I'm sure both would've been good. Food was prepared fresh (didn't seem to be frozen falafel, for example). I ordered the combo (chicken + lamb) shawarma (wrap) with a side of falafel. Was fantastic, hot, prepared quickly, and service was ON POINT. Super friendly. Very pleased with my decision. The dining room isn't anything too special, but the food is what mattered. Highly recommended!

I've been coming here for years and the flavors have been consistent. Fresh food, clean restaurant. My favorite is the Falafel deluxe wrap. I've had everything in the cold section and offer no complaints. I shall try the shwarma next. Definitely worth the drive. I live in Antioch and have driven as far from Orinda to enjoy this fresh food.
