Ordered an iced black tea, but they told me they were out of black tea and asked me to switch to green tea, which I agreed to. However, the drink I received didn’t match my customized order—most of the add-ons were missing, and it tasted like a plain tea. Overall not a great experience

Ordered my normal Summer Berry Lemonade, it took a little longer than usual. The place was pretty empty when I got there so I was surprised that it took 11 minutes for my drink. The staff didn’t seem too thrilled about being there. The drink was a tad bit off and it seems as if they didn’t use the correct portions. The rest room needed a lot of attention

My group of 5 and I ordered drinks 20 minutes before closing. Asked if it was possible to open the restroom for a female emergency and Brianna became confrontational and denied us access because they were close to closing time despite there being a line of around 10 people. If you don’t like your job there’s someone who would appreciate it more than you.

I hate giving out negative reviews, visible on my profile, and it's disheartening to give such a low rating to my local Starbucks. Ordering in person/drive through is a pain. The waits are outrageous especially drive through, and the order almost always ends up being wrong. Ordering through the app is no better. My drink took 10 minutes to make and was only started after I asked the ETA for it, and the food took 30 minutes to be warmed up. When I asked about it the barista tried to argue back that they gave me my order, I pointed out I was only given one of two items and they seemed very irrit
