I went to this location today 4/9/26 around 8:57am. When I walked in there was ONE person sitting by the far window near traffic just looking outside. It looked like an employee but I cannot confirm. They didn’t even turn my way. I went to the front desk. The front desk, drive thru, and whole kitchen was empty. Want to know why because YOUR EMPLOYEES were outside by the gated area smoking WEED. After I waited maybe 5 minutes. I took a video and walked out of the store to the next Wendy’s that was 7 minutes away. Ones I was in my car the employees went inside ONLY because they heard a vehicle

Can't get one thing right ordered a big bacon burger what did I get just meat and cheese gotta love that. Had to update this went up there to have them remake it got the exact same thing just meat and cheese had to ask the wendys employee like hey isn't the BACON burger supposed to come with bacon acted like they never heard of Bacon before.

This location was dirty in the lobby area as well as restrooms. The condiments were not stocked, the area was also dirty. The drink machine in the lobby was non operational as well as the ice machine part. The wait staff was friendly.. The order was.nit completely filled when our name was called. We had missing items. The fries were cold. The burgers were served cold.. Noone here beside us..

The ma at the front desk Dedrick is doing an amazing job he is very kind, patient, and solves problems fast!!! He is one of the best fast food workers I have ever came across I can tell he cares and puts in a lot of effort!! He is holding this Wendy’s down and doing it with a smile the entire time this man needs a raise immediately phenomenal work either and attention to detail couldn’t ask for better
