Gas Coffee is hands down the best coffee in Coppell and the surrounding area. They roast their beans every morning! Their coffee isn’t in the least bit bitter. They make wonderful teas too. I LOVE their chai tea and their London Fog! The owners support local schools, host private events and go out of their way to make you feel special. I recently attended a retirement party there and they decorated beautifully! Their sandwiches were incredible. I fell in love with the turkey and pesto on their homemade croissants. You won’t be disappointed. Please help keep this worthy business going!

The service was kind and fast. The atmosphere is nothing to write home about. It's basic, pleasant. The food is okay - again, nothing to make the trip for. The coffee leaves a lot to be desired. I suppose most of that is my fault because I prefer dark roast and all they serve is medium. The coffee was far too bitter and had almost a medicinal taste. Also, I found over $6 for something this size (see picture) to be outrageous. I won't be back but if you like overpriced, medium roast coffee, this is your place.

Absolutely loved this coffee shop! The coffee was excellent—rich, smooth, and perfectly made. You can really tell they care about quality. What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help, which created a great atmosphere from the moment we walked in. Great coffee, amazing service, and a place I’ll definitely keep coming back to if I was in Dallas. Highly recommended!
