This place was recommended, and didnt disappoint. Ordered lunch wraps and pasta salad for 15 people. The wraps were wonderful. The paste salad was bkand and could been more flavorful, but overall very happy with meal.

I had a terrible experience here. I asked for ice, and the staff member rudely responded, “I don’t know—if it doesn’t work, that means we don’t have it.” Later, I found a short brown hair in my salad (I have long blonde hair, so it clearly wasn’t mine). Instead of apologizing, the same employee accused me of putting my own hair in the food! He said, “What do you want me to do?”—completely dismissive and unprofessional.i drove 35 minutes to eat there that was unacceptable I expect basic courtesy and hygiene in any restaurant. This was unacceptable.

I visited this location and ordered a small salad. I added a few extra seafood toppings which made me request a larger container as I didn't want my food to be cramped. The associate refused and said it would be fine. I checked out and upon arriving home, I noticed that the salad was so packed in the container that my spinach was hanging out the side of my container. This is unacceptable and I need someone to contact me. I also find it ironic that you all don't carry Italian dressing.

The last few times I have ordered from here their cucumbers have not been fresh. They ran out of edamame and gave me extra soggy cucumbers. I've ordered the same items from a different Salata and the food was much better. Update: I ordered from the kid's salad with protein on 5/8 and 5/11. Both times, the chicken was missing. The pita chips were stale as well.
