We’ve been coming to this restaurant 2-3 times a month for about 5 months now and other than 1 experience with the hostess sitting us at a table with 4 chairs when we had 3 adults and 2 kids, then walking away leaving us to hunt down a high chair and clean it ourselves, we’ve always had great service. Even that night, once the server realized what happened he attempted to turn the night around for us. Last night wasn’t the type of service we’re used to from this location. Just left there after sitting 15-20 minutes and not even acknowledged. Several waitresses walked by and did not even ask if we had been helped. They seat another couple as we were getting up and had already got drink orders. This is the second time in the last couple of months. I am done with them. The worst part is that we love their steaks, they melt in your mouth. We asked to speak to the manager and the lady said she was the area manager. She promised there would be retraining.

Our waitress was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive! She made sure my steak was cooked perfectly. The food was good, some things saltier than others. But the waffle fries were the most amazing thing. Ever! They were extremely crispy and fresh! My steak was well seasoned!

First and foremost, I absolutely adore this location. They never disappoint. I recently visited with a group of friends for a birthday celebration, and our bartender, Sully, truly excelled in providing top-notch service. She was incredibly polite, friendly, and, most importantly, she was constantly busy crafting delicious drinks. Despite the bustling atmosphere, she maintained an exceptional level of customer service. Her infectious smile and positive demeanor made our experience even more memorable.
