The service over the phone and delivery guys was great. The food was HORRIBLE, the first pizza was raw so they remake it. Which I thought was going to be better, well, the 2nd one barely has chicken on it, I use to love this place, something is happening but food isn’t good anymore.

My pizza didn't have the extra sauce and extra cheese I paid for. They rushed it. It was raw and soggy. I ordered the crispy. This is my 2nd horrible experience with this store. I ABSOLUTELY do know pizza. I used to manage a pizza place in a different state. There's NO REASON OR EXCUSE TO SERVE RAW PIZZA DOUGH EXCEPT LAZINESS. They certainly won't be getting anymore of my money.

Apparently they've partnered with DoorDash. After 45 minutes of waiting, I called the store because the dasher status was still waiting on order. They told me to wait another 20 minutes because the dasher took two orders and if it didn't arrive to call them. Not long after the dasher canceled my order because they ran into some kind of issue, so I called, informed them and asked them to cancel my order and refund it. They said they would try to, but had to wait until they cash out the door dasher. They did not issue a refund. The full charge posted to my card. Totally unacceptable.

I ordered the “Big New Yorker”. Being from NY, I should have known better. No offense, but it was by far the worst NY pizza that I’ve had. Ever. I love this Pizza Hut. Every time I eat it it brings back childhood memories, but man. What a letdown this time.
