This restaurant prepares the chicken like no other. I always order a whole chicken because it is so good. I also like the Tropi Chops since it includes rice, beens and many other ingredients. Also the sweet plantain and the yuca are good. And the famous sauces are so so good. The service is not bad, they are some what polite, either at the restaurant or delivery.

It's been 3 years since I've been to this location and I remember why. There's always a problem with something. What are you thinking serving this to my family? Disgusting. Spending so much money for food not made correctly is a big disappointment.

Imagine my disappointment of driving 30 plus minutes and open up the box and see the main entree missing. Manager needs to STEP up and do a better job with training the team. This is ridiculous.

I have been coming to this Pollo Tropical for over 30 years, but the service has gotten much worse. The employees are very incompetent. On at least three occasions, I have gotten home only to discover that items were missing from my order. They also throw everything into the bag in such a messy way that it’s difficult to check the order before leaving the restaurant. It’s extremely frustrating to keep having the same problem and only realize it once I’m home.
