First time ordering here , chicken looked like it came from a different bird. The oil on the fries tasted old and mixed with chemicals of some sort. Strange taste. I’m not ordering here again. The size of these wings appeared to be of a baby bird. Never again. I couldn’t even eat it. Lost my appetite at the site of it

Got here @ 940pm amd they got lights off wiping drink machine down and doors locked. Guy in kitchen still cleaning. Lazy people now days. Thanks for letting us all 3 down.

Pros: The wait is never long. The wings are good. Cons: They do not believe in serving fresh fries. They fry them ahead of time & serve them cold, hard & dried out. The kool-aid is good but the drink dispensers are nasty. They don’t clean them so I stopped ordering the kool-aid. The staff isn’t friendly. They always look like they don’t want to be there. The Philly cheesesteak is horrible. They do not serve real catfish instead they serve swai fish. The lemon pepper wings are fried & they sprinkle Lemon pepper on top but the lemon pepper doesn’t stick to the wings so it’s basically like you’r

My son and I tried American Deli for the first time yesterday and some of the food was good while some was just okay. We both ordered the the Philly Sandwich and Wing combo with fries. I chose the Chicken Philly with mild wings while my son got the Philly Cheese Steak with honey hot. The wings were the best part of meal. While small party wings, they were excellent. The Phillies left more to be desired. Both tasted bland like with no flavor. Customer service was awesome and we'll be back to try other options. Each meal was around $17.
