The lady who took my order this morning was very nice and helpful. But, that is, as far as, my satisfaction goes for my visit. I picked up breakfast for myself and family. The cinnamon rolls are completely different than what they used to be. Embarrassed and disappointed are the words that come to mind when I think of the sandwiches I bought! They looked nothing like the picture and tasted horrible! Panera has really went downhill the past few years. I won’t be surprised to hear if they close and go out of business.

We ordered a blue berry bagel, soup and salad. Cashier just give us a cold bagel in a bag with no spread, the bread that came with out soup and salad was cold, it was not cut neatly, looks like they just break of a piece and give us cold bread. The salad was very nasty, it had a funny smell like something was rotten. Very nasty food today, I’ve been here before and it wasn’t bad, today their service was horrible. Friday, 12:08pm. June 19th. Forgot to mention, soup spoon was dirty, had old food on it. I had to exchange it

Been a travel nurse for quite some time here in the area. I only get a chance to stop by every now and then but the food and the service is always great. The Cordova location is always one of my to go to.

Germantown Pkwy store-my thing is if you say you open at 6am, to me, that means that you open at 6am ready for the day's business! I don't know if the management has recently changed but i come in a couple of times a week usually around 6:10am and what I normally order is never ready! You need to get better organized. Normally I would just grab something else but today I said forget it so you lost at least one sale today.
