McDoubles,, worst i have ever had, but all too common. Patties looked weeks old; thin, chewy and tough. Do these look like a $4 burger? Prices continue to rise out of control while the quality continues to plummet. They were going to replace them, but with what, more leather. Almost 40 years now, and I am dropping McDonald's for good. Already submitted information to the link over a week ago the owner just posted below, goes nowhere and nothing changes except where I eat now. I would be embarrassed serving food like this, even for fast food. Owner has no accountability.

My partner and I spent $10.80 for two double cheeseburgers and two small fries, and were disappointed to find hair in one of the double cheeseburgers. 🤢 Safe to say we won’t be eating there again. Too expensive to be paying for food we can’t even eat.

I pulled into the drive through at about 2:30 in the afternoon on a weekday to get chicken Mcnuggets, only to find out they are out of stock. Weird, but okay, it happens. The next night, still craving them, I ordered online for delivery. This was about 10:00 pm. It took my payment then said waiting for order for an entire hour, before cancelling the order with literally no reason given. “Your order was cancelled due to an unknown issue.” I decided to drive there instead, while I’m arriving I can see THREE employees in the drive through window standing around talking. Worst guest experience I've ever had. I walked in. Lunch hour. There was no cashier, just three kiosks aand said "no cash." So obviously this franchise is not working with cashiers anymore except at the window. Second, the bathrooms were locked and required you to ask a manager for the key (even during lunch hours.) This is very uncomfortable and very awkward for a manager who's extremely busy. Trying to make sure that everyone's food or orders are met that you have to stop and ask them to stop what they're doing t so you can use the bathroom. Third their drink fountains were walled off.
