Love Hola Adios!! Their biscuits are house made BUTTERY DISCS MADE FROM DOUGH OF THE HEAVENS AND BAKED WITH LOVE 🤤 I think about and crave them often. Their coffee is also bomb 💣 with the seasonal options always being fun and creative; I make it a point try them every rotation 🙌🏼 They also have cute merch and retail items (I've snagged a few pins!), the vibe inside is great, staff are always friendly, and, as a dog person, their outside spaces are pet friendly 👌🐾 They also turn into a diner (Diner Noche) for dinner!

This is the second year in a row my wife and I have attended the Overland Expo in Costa Mesa. We make it a tradition to stop by Hola Adios multiple times if not multiple times a day...their breakfast burritos are absolutely phenomenal. This time we finally managed to switch up our usual Bacon & Friends for their Slow N' Low Barbacoa and we are so glad we did. This thing took me to the higher realms, im talking pleiadian level. We got the matcha latte and apple chai-der with their gluten free pumpkin muffin. Loved everything. But I mainly went to get some proper food and they said their kitchen closes at 2pm which is when we came 😔. Didnt see that on their menu or any of the reviews, but would've been nice to know beforehand. Would've loved to try their chilaquiles or any of their soyrizo options.

I recently found this little gem of a coffee shop on Virginia in Costa Mesa. It really brightens my days when I get a chance to visit. Friendly and kind baristas, delicious espresso drinks, yummy pastries. (I haven’t tried the burritos or anything like that yet.) The space is well thought out and attractive. They have fun merch. You can sit inside or outside, including shaded options. Highly recommend!
