I've been going into Vibe for a very long time. I'm always impressed by all the new stuff Josh has going on and the exceptional customer service. Miranda is just the absolute sweetest, I was struggling to find something even tho my husband ordered his breakfast burrito, and just because she's super kind and didn't want me to leave empty handed and hungry she gave me a banana bread. I mean she's just so awesome, and I truly appreciate the service I receive every time from the whole staff when I go there. Thank you Miranda for making my day! :)

They couldn’t care less about their customer satisfaction. Manager was informed about most of meal being overcooked, seemed pretty passive and unapologetic about it completely. None of the staff were friendly nor welcoming. Sad I had high hopes and spent $20+ on the burger and sweet potato fries. Not sure why Ciabata is cooked to a crisp in the first place? Tried to push through the meal as I’m former military and can usually push through but I just couldn’t make it. I’ve attached a photo of one of the “sweet potato fries”. Wanted to love this place, but disappointing unfortunately. Got the simple scramble, and simple it was! One tomato that looked reheated, avocado and scrambled eggs, altogether so bland. Was surprised to be given plastic cutlery when paying $15 for breakfast, kinda think vegan would mean environmentally conscious too. Got 2 more plastic pots when I asked for black pepper and hot sauce to give food some flavor. The restaurant itself was cute and nice 'vibe'.

This one hurts to write. I love supporting vegan restaurants where I can order anything without worrying about the ingredients. Even though this place is pricey I happily supported it because it stood for something. Now that it’s no longer vegan, it feels like a completely different place. Seeing venison, eggs, and raw dairy on the menu was honestly jarring. That shift isn’t small, it changes the entire atmosphere and comfort level for me.
