First off the staff is terrible - the younger gentleman was the only person who was kind and prompt, the other 2 ignored me the entire time. Food was terrible - got a snacker combo and the chicken was tough, full of hard spots, not hot, and it looked like they gangbanged my sandwich with mayo. Mac and cheese was okay. Ordered a prickly pear lemonade, they gave me a fountain lemonade 🤢 and didn't explain until I walked back inside to get a new drink that they were out of the syrup, fine, dumped it out and tried to get a Pepsi, well that was out too. Lobby closed before 10pm on a Friday. Went to drive thru was asked to park waiting until a half an hour for a sandwich meal it obviously doesn't take 30 minutes for one chicken fillet. Employee was hoping on and out of car another out having a smoke break. Same employee getting in and out of a friend's car brought me order and then lied by telling me that one chicken breast took 16 minutes to cook. Door dasher the customers food wasn't even hot it was warm. Horrible service.

Was here getting some kfc with the family and my daughter had to use the restroom and the guy and there said the lobby is close at 8 when there sign says 10 and we order are food at 8:55pm and took them 15mins to get are food when there was no one in the drive through

When I parked one of your employees was right outside the front doors smoking, then when she came back inside she did NOT wash her hands before she proceeded putting orders together. This is disgusting. Will NOT be eating here again 🤢
