Very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings today. Our server told us the promotion was “Buy 1 Get 1 Free,” which is why my husband ordered 15 wings and received 30 wings total. I also ordered 10 wings expecting the same promotion. However, after reviewing the receipt, we noticed we were still charged almost full price. The receipt shows “BOGO50% 15 Wings” and “BOGO50% 10 Wings,” making it look like a discount was applied, but the wing prices still appear to be regular price. My husband and I visited Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by their veggie-friendly options! We tried the Buffalo Cauliflower Wings (game-changer!), Veggie Burger, Caesar Salad, Onion Rings, and Coke. Loved the variety of options, generous portion sizes, and affordable prices. Their service was awesome!! Great spot for a casual meal. Will definitely be back!

Always missing items when using Grubhub. Please have the kitchen double check your orders before having the drivers pick them up. Love BWW but when I pay a premium to get items delivered it would be nice to receive the entire order. Grubhub is great at giving a refund on missing items but if your location would confirm the items before it is sent out there would not be an issue.

Dan was our waiter and he was amazing. I ordered really hot wings and he saved me with two waters and more veggies. Then at the end he brought me and my husband a piece of cheese cake to share. By far the best experience being waited on. He was wonderful. I'd come back just because of him.
