Went to the Kirkwood location for the very first time and was amazed! It was about an 40 min. wait due to Mother’s Day weekend. Our waiter Ashley was very attentive and aware of our dietary needs. The rolls (which is what most people come for) was very hot and fresh. We also got a free appetizer which was the boneless chicken. The chicken was piping hot, crispy, and seasoned to perfection! We also got ribeyes and salmon which were absolutely delicious. No complaints at all. Ashley deserves 5 stars all around. ⭐️ We will be back.

Sophia, our server, was incredibly attentive and personable. The steaks were cooked to perfection, exactly as we had ordered them. They were piping hot and delicious, prepared beautifully by Willie and Irving. We were also impressed by Aeryn, the manager, who went to each table of guests to ensure that their Texas Roadhouse experience was truly memorable.

Overall, we had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse in Kirkwood while celebrating a special occasion. The atmosphere was lively, the service was friendly, and most of the food was enjoyable. Unfortunately, one issue put a damper on the experience. A steak that was ordered medium came out well done and had to be sent back. As a result, everyone else finished most of their meal while we waited for the replacement steak to be prepared. After being seated by an incredibly rude hostess, the rest of the evening was nice. I ordered a steak medium, and my husband medium rare, both were cooked to perfection. Plate presentation was perfect. Kitchen gets 5 stars from me. Our server took pretty good care of us minus never offering to refill our empty cups halfway through dinner. Overall, okay experience, but still prefer other Roadhouse locations in the area due to the rude host staff and not getting drunk refills.
