This is by far the worst Chipotle location I have ever visited. Every time I place a mobile order, the bowls and plates are barely filled compared to what you receive when ordering in person. My most recent order was even more disappointing. Not only was the portion size extremely small, but they also forgot to include the side tortilla, napkins, and forks that were part of the order. The service and attention to detail at this location are consistently poor. Customers should receive the same quality and portion sizes regardless of whether they order in person or through the app. Very frustr

The place is a mess. Totally dirty I saw the one kid. Making meat and saw it was still bloody made a face threw it back on the grill laughing and then used the same knife on the other meat!! I saw no chicken ready we had to wait forever and finally just had veggie tacos the one kid didn’t have gloves on the whole time my two little tacos were cold by time my husband finally even got his and nothing was stocked had to use a spoon no forks left it was absolutely awful feel free to contact me for more information I wish an undercover boss came in they would of been horrified by this. Never again

Decided to go back to chipotle after not having it for almost 2 years because it’s been that bad and got a burrito. Did not get any extra toppings just standard stuff … the guy could not wrap a burrito to save his life he used 3 tortillas for my burrito and everyone is just watching him struggle. Workers are kinda lazy and don’t help out, food is mediocre, honestly I remembered why I hate chipotle after this experience.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. The staff rushed me through my order and were extremely rude. When I got home, I discovered my son’s meal was missing the meat. I called customer service, but they offered no help, refund, or compensation. I ended up having to drive 25 minutes back to the restaurant just to have the order remade. By the time I returned, my own food was cold, and the guacamole tasted old and rancid. To make matters worse, the manager showed no concern and took no accountability for the situation.
