I came about an hour before closing annd there were maybe an max of 3 cars behind me. However, it took longer than expected to get my two hot dogs and shake. At the speaker I specifically said no cheese on my chili dog. I was taking the food home to my family so I didn't notice until I got home that my chili dog was loaded with cheese and my chicago dog had a STALE BUN. I cannot believe a food establishment would serve their customers a rock hard bun. I couldn’t even eat my hotdog because the bun was inedible. I’m not sure how the worker who bagged my hotdog didn’t notice. Completely unaccepta

Save your money and your time! First trip to a sonic in 10 years. Nightmare isn't even the word. $26 dollars for some cold nasty food. Waited over 20 minutes with only 3 cars in the drive thru. To be handed a medium milkshake with the lid sliding off and blowing. I attempt to put the lid back on and the entire bottom of the cup breaks apart. (Cheap, thin cup for a milkshake and the price) An entire milkshake spews all over my lap and my interior. Nevermind the electronics full of milkshake. The best part is I call the manager to come out as I pulled forward 10 feet to let other cars go. The ma

We only stopped at this particular Sonic one time, but I'm going to tell you the person that serviced us went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed as we were getting a rather large order. They even made sure that we had extra containers so that when we ate we could separate the foods easily. In general, it was a pretty awesome experience with hardly any wait while our food was being made. The food was hot and fresh and we ate every bit of it :)

Waited 20 minutes for a lemonade and pretzel. It wasn't even busy when I went. I politely asked why this type of order would take so long and I was told I had to wait for lemonade... really?! 20ish minutes for a lemonade? And the best part my drink tasted like chemicals. Waste of time and money. If I could do a ZERO star this is what they deserve! Hit up dunkin for a refresher instead!
