Crepes and a $7 deal that has bacon or sausage, eggs and pancakes. Great service! Coffee stayed really nice and hot and everything came out quick. We ate in the atrium which has a lot of windows but was a little warm. Like the rewards program, would like to see more options to redeem points, like maybe $5 off breakfast.

IHOP Crystal Lake is always there when you need them. The food never disappoints, and the service is consistently kind and reliable. Today Jesus went above and beyond — I showed up at the wrong time for my pickup order (totally my mistake), and he still had everything ready for me in about 10 minutes. Truly great service and great people.

I ordered a shrimp platter with fries and this is what they gave. Half the quantity as advertised on menu. I had to ask for the remaining portion.
