Friday night 6-7pm barely anyone in. Dishes stacking at corner several servers walk by as they see the stack pilling up. Missing items in a disk or multiple dishes. All I can say the service alone is exactly why this restaurant is failing, and absolutely expect this place to shut down if service doesnt get an overhaul. You had more servers then you had for tables. Wanted to make sure I included this, 8 tables, only 8 tables on a Friday night during prime time.

Walking in, you are not sure if you should wait to be seated or seat yourself. The later afternoon I went and on a Saturday, the staff did not smile. Once seated, 10 min later, a waitress stopped by and asked if we had been helped. She was very slumped and appeared as she just crawled out of bed and did not want to be there. Ordered drinks. While we waited on that, another waiter stopped by and gave us 1 plate and 2 sets of silverware and said he would be right back. We told him we had someone help us. Thursdays are BOGO wings. That's when we come. We don't watch sports, but they have over 32 tvs! You can order from your table /phone, but I love the waitresses too! We get parmesan garlic wings every time and have some to take home for lunch the next day too. Love this location and the employees!

I LOVE B-Dubs! But I was SO sad when I finally got home to enjoy it with my family....there literally was NO sauce mixed with the wings. Like non! You can't even taste any sauce on it! I was so bummed! I know I did not just spend over $120 something bucks for my wings to not even be coated with sauce! I mean, that's what you're known for! And if there was, ya'll are greedy and need to fix ASAP! I didn't even get my celery sticks or baby carrots! Which it states, that's comes with party orders. Dissatisfied and disappointed. 😔
