I ate every last bite. I can't speak for the franchise as a whole but the Akron Bob Evans was perfect. They did my order as requested and it looked great. It was so big I couldn't believe when I was done.

So I’ve had Bob Evan’s several times before at different locations, and I’ve always enjoyed it. They have my favorite hot chocolate out of any diner I’ve ever been to. That all being said this location falls very far from the standard I’m used to. Hot chocolate was barely flavorful. I ordered the steak tips and eggs, the pile of onions was bigger than the 7 small pieces of steak I received, eggs were completely overcooked and toast seemed almost stale. My wife who loves pancakes and who always finishes her plate barely ate half because of how bad they were. This location is just a sad imitatio

I ordered two eggs - over eady-to go with two orders of hash browns and I got their banana bread from the Montrose restaurant. Their eggs had hard yokes, and the hash browns were greasy and under cooked. Almost like they were cooked on a dirty grill. I haven't been there for over six months because the food was bad. I took a chance thinking that maybe they changed - I was very wrong!!! From now on, i'm going to the Bob Evans bt Chapel Hill.

Food was amazing, atmosphere was unmatched. Our server, Bri was so amazing and helpful! She recommended me great food and I was super happy! If you’re there on the weekend ask for Bri as your server and you won’t be disappointed :) 5 stars all around
