Employees INSIDE smoking. Informed the manager and was told that yes that is what they do at night. They have even moved a chair to sit on. Major code violation….but management is ok with it- awesome. Will be reporting to corporate because I’m sure that they will love that..

Secret shopper here 👋🏻 In the drive thru, it’s important to keep the cars in the order that they pull up. It’s unprofessional to get angry at the customer when you caused the mix up. Don’t lie to your managers folks bc everyone is capturing things nowadays. Take a lesson from the BK’s in Toledo.😋 Food is great and consistently. Their customer service is top tier. Cmon Akron, you can do it better 🤸🏼‍♀️ I believe in you 💗

This location got a remodel recently and its very nice inside. You order at a kiosk if you are paying eith card but there is a counter with a register if you need to pay with cash. The food is pushed out a small window when its ready. I noticed delivery pick up person just standing right by the window. Maybe they could benefit from an actually pick up area. You get your own drinks and ketchup unlike McDonald's. Dining room felt warm so that was a little uncomfortable. Food took a bit to come out but associate acknowledged that and apologized. Stopped in to grab a quick bite and it was anything but quick. It took forever for the food to come out. There were quite a few people waiting for their food. One guy started yelling back through the pick up window asking where his food was. I think with the set up they have where you only order at the kiosk, and the kitchen is totally closed off doesn't help the situation. The workers have no interactions with the customers, and the kitchen is behind a wall, so they can't see everyone standing there waiting for their food. Probably won't stop back at this location, which is quite nice looking
