Everybody has a bad day now and then. This place is rated higher than what the rating I'm giving it. But the waiter kept getting our order wrong, and the food was very unremarkable. One of our guests did not even get his food until after the rest of us were finished..

Their food is always good. This has become my kids goto place. We go this place for every event in ur family and we love it. It is a little pricey, so we tend to go only for special ocassions. At the hibachi table, some of their chefs are really good, while some others just want to get it done. The only shortcoming I see is that their servers dont show up at the table except for taking orders. If your kid accidentally dropped a spoon, you have to go get another one yourself. The service is pretty much meh.

This place needs a bar rescue! First time customer and I saw the manager drinking and insulting the staff calling them lazy and slow, in front of me and my friends then turn around and smiled and laughed with other customers near by like she didnt just do that. My waiter was very nice and professional- that manager had no business belittling them like that. Made my whole experience awkward, and just made things so uncomfortable. I actually apologized to my waiter for that. That manager is unprofessional maybe should be talked too.. Food, wait staff were great! But manager just killed my 1st e

I have been eating at this shoguns for years. The last several times the food quality has been inconsistent. After today, I will not be returning. The server was slow to attend to drink refills and the food was inedible. When we brought it up to her attention she just apologized and did not get a manager involved. We left paying full price for food we barely ate.
