I bought three cream filled donuts today. A Boston cream, a jelly and a baker’s choice which was supposed to be similar to a Boston cream, but with white cream filling and a dollop of white icing on top of the chocolate. The jelly and the Boston cream barely had any filling, and I had to eat 2/3 of the donut just to get to the little bit of filling that was in there. Upon eating the last doughnut, and taking the first bite, I realized somebody had stuck the insert in the donut and was supposed to insert the filling, but there was absolutely zero filling inside of the doughnut. The quality of the food and drinks at this Dunkin has gone downhill incredibly fast. My first bad experience was with a drive-thru order for a matcha latte. I took one sip as I was pulling away and immediately had to spit it out. When I looked at the drink, it was a disgusting brown color. I went back inside and explained that I had ordered a matcha latte but had clearly been given something with coffee in it. Thursday June, 4, 2026 9:13 AM, walked in and stood at the counter waiting to order, woman and man were having small talk, woman was looking at me but not acknowledging me and not even coming to the counter to take my order. I walked right out. They also charge $3.15 for a SMALL regular hot coffee, if you want your money stolen and to be ignored go here.
