If you enjoy a sliced deli meat sandwich, this is the place for you. Its not my normal preference but I was going to give it a chance. My issue is that I didn't feel the sandwiches were as customizable as other sandwich places. There wasn't a variety of breads, sauces, or toppings. The services was mediocre at best. There was no connection with the customer or assistance to someone who is new to the restaurant. No recommendations were suggested. I had to go back in the store for parts of my order. This is my first time visiting Schlotzsky’s. It is absolutely a great sandwich brand. Service was fast and WiFi was provided. The room was clean and lovely. The original tasted decent with abundant meat and well-baked bread. This place also had Cinnabon rolls. Thank them for giving me a great break from a long drive.

The style of this place!!! Where do I start, the atmosphere of this restaurant is very chill and welcoming. It's as if Firehouse and Jersey Mike's had a baby. The service is great and very friendly! The food is some of the best I've had for sandwiches, and there is so much to choose from even for the picky eaters that don't like alot on there sandwiches. The have classics and they have some with there own spin on it. Today I had a grilled cheese with smoked turkey and ham. And my grandad had a bacon turkey club sandwich both on jalapeño cheese bread. Came here for lunch. I’ve never ate here before so I really didn’t know what was good. Im not sure if the lady helping me was just having a rough day but she wasn’t the most helpful. I try to always be as nice as possible to folks. Just was hoping for better service. Food was good but staff just all look like they hate their lives. Nobody is forcing u to work there 😂. Also asked for jalapeño bread and got sour dough. Didn’t feel like going back in and asking for what I ordered. Didn’t wanna deal with them anymore. Don’t recommend bc of the service and lack of.
