We are writing this review to express our disappointment with our recent experience. We arrived at 6:30 PM and were able to grab a bar table. Our waitress, who was also tending the customers at the bar, came to our table and took our drink order along with the flambé sausage appetizer around 6:45 PM. The appetizer arrived at 7:03PM, at which point we placed our dinner order. We ordered two meals: the Polvo Grelhado (octopus) and a steak sandwich with onions. ​I decided to visit this spot after hearing it was under new ownership and that a talented new cook had joined the team. I am so glad I did. I was shocked to see bochechas de porco (pork cheeks) on the lunch menu—this is a dish I’ve honestly never seen offered in the U.S. and usually have to travel to Portugal to find. ​The food blew me away.
