While it sucks that i had to drive from Muscatine Iowa to get KFC- I DID find a pleasant experience at the 208. W Locust St location run by manger Bre Jordan. My food was fresh- the bun was overrated though- the place was clean- and Javonte was pleasant. He was mellow, and as such i felt mellow. Any questions i had were answered promptly. Not a bad impression for a me since I havent been to one in 10 years.

What happened? I was up here at this location recently and left a glowing review- this time? no. quite the opposite. i came from muscatine to get KFC and the supergirl meal. not only did the young man act like he didnt want to be there, he acted as if doing his job was a burden. look i get it- you can have bad days. but when you forget specifics of the meal. like getting the meal specific drink- acting as if youre not wanting to be there? i dunno what to say. Maybe manager Bre Jordan can talk with the young man (and the entire shift) and encourage them to do better and know that as customers w

I absolutely love this KFC! The staff there is absolutely amazing every time, their attitude is always positive, they very rarely make a mistake on your order, but if they do they make up for it! The chicken is also always cooked so perfectly, and so tasty!! Has definitely been my number on pregnancy craving, and I have a difficult order they never mess up!

I'll stop by KFC to get a potato bowl fill up meal for $7. I'll start by saying, the young man at the window was not friendly at all. Seemed like he absolutely did not want to be there. Secondly, I received my food without my drink. Ended up with four tiny pieces of chicken nugget because I asked for them to be put in a separate container because I don't like them sitting on top of my mashed potatoes. The chicken was not even warm let alone the fact that there were four tiny pieces. Then I received two which is not even the full order of four, cherry pie poppers that I didn't order. That might
