Great mom and pop shop. Original diner experience with real people not reading some corporate script. Feels like home coming here and loved their warmed up donut. Sat by the kitchen and all the food coming out looked great. Can't wait to come back. Cash only! ATM inside.

The city of Davenport itself leaves a lot to be desired, however, this place was unexpectedly phenomenal! The only negatives I have are that the interior could use updating and my English muffin was a little more brown then I like. Other then that, I was pleasantly surprised! The food was very good! Even though there was only 1 waitress and they were very busy, service was friendly and fast! All of our food and even the coffee came out hot and fresh! Refills were provided right away and we didn't even need to ask. We ordered donuts to go and they were perfection! Fresh and soft and oh so good!

I ended up here because my truck was getting looked at then fixed. I wasn't to to hungry. I got a coffee at first. Then decided to get something to eat. So I got the short stack of pancakes. Well I'll tell ya these cakes were big. You get 3 in a short stack. They were terrific & very filling. The waitress was very kind.
