I had high hopes, and the place looked good, but we still had a mediocre experience. We were slow deciding so the person at the register suggested we move to the back of the line, so we waited a bit longer. Not a problem. After we waited for our coffee and pastries the cashier apologized that they had sold out of what my wife wanted to the person before us. This is one of the biggest Philz I’ve ever been in. I’ve been in four different locations, and this one could be my favorite. Although I was visiting from out of town, I would definitely make this a regular stop for my caffeine addiction. If you have the app, I would suggest ordering ahead then just go in and have a seat and wait till your order is called. They have a small amount of cups for sale, I was hoping they would have some shirts. They did have one dad hat, but it wasn’t my style. There was lots of tables and people working on their laptops and enjoying a cup of Joe.

I've ordered togo here a few times and the wait times are a hit or miss. But today I went inside to order and there cashier was amazing. My drink was good, a bit too much ice imo. But still taste and the barista was kind enough to ask if I liked it. I did order an everything bagel and I didn't notice until I left that it was not in fact an everything bagel.
