We stopped in on a whim, never having stopped at a place like this before, just needed to have some fluffy cuddles. We were not disappointed! Even as walk-ins, we had an amazing experience. The building is super clean and the staff very kind and helpful. We ordered our drinks, they explained the rules which made complete sense, and we were set free into tge space. The space is huge! I took my family there and we ordered drinks and spent time with the cats. Very friendly cats, the cafe is clean, well no cat hair flying around even in the closed off glass section where the cats are. Didn't smell like cats in the cat room, cats are well taken care of and also staff are so polite and helpful. The atmosphere is very calming and relaxing.
