Ordered the donut hole Halloween bucket at Halloween- once it was handed to me at the drive-thru I was told that I didn’t get the Halloween assortment bc they are out but I should come back tomorrow. I said I probably wouldn’t bc this was a special seasonal purchase for my kiddos. How many donut holes do we need in 24 hrs?! Then was “confronted” verbally by the drive thru lady after I handed her my card to pay she said rather boisterously + assertively, “You wanna leave a tip, right?!” I was so baffled at never having been asked verbally- brand new experience… I said “sure” and I never got to

Came here to review and was honestly shocked by the bad reviews. Will stop here on the way to work sometimes, and they are always on it! No matter how long the line is for drive-thru, they get people in and out quickly!! Always friendly, and always have your order ready by the time you get to the window. It impresses me every time. The store and its employees deserve lots of kudos! Much more than I see in the reviews.

i just came up there for two vanilla cream donuts. the employees are so nice and welcoming. a girl answered the headset and was very sweet while i tried to make up my mind and to figure out what the donut i wanted was called. the dude in the drive through window was amazing, i mistakenly got the wrong donut and he was very apologetic and switched the items out. very nice establishment and great customer service i will be coming back.

Its a major disappointment when you drive across town to get breakfast from this location just to drive back across town to see that the food they put in the bag with your receipt was nothing that you ordered. A waist of one's time and money all because people can't pay attention to the food they are packing. This used to be the best dunkin location in town but it has quickly become the worst.
