We were so impressed with our lunch at Hamido that I have to leave a review.The restaurant got on our radar from a Youtube video on the best shawarmas in Detroit so we decided to visit. The drive from Ann Arbor was well worth it &, if not only to make our son happy, we will be back many times in the future. When we arrived, the staff friendly greeted us and we soon were contemplating a larger menu than we had anticipated (I erroneously thought they had shawarmas and little more). We ordered the special plate for 2, falafel (12 pieces), a shawarma for our son and we brought home 80% of the foo

I tried this 14.99 grilled chicken meal because I saw rania hamid post it on her tik tok and hers looked amazing but idk what happened with mine. The picture is without anything touched, the soup had big chunks of chicken and the vegetables were also big chunks. The rice tasted like literal cinnamon. Soup also had a fat layer of oil on top idk what happened honestly. The chicken was super dry but wasn’t as bad.

Hamido Restaurant in dearborn Heights never disappoints. The food is always on point, and it’s become one of our go-to spots. We mainly order the rotisserie chicken, and it is consistently excellent every single time—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Honestly, it’s always one of the best rotisserie chickens in town. Quality, consistency, and great flavor keep us coming back. Highly recommended if you’re looking for reliable, great-tasting food.

All what you expect in a fast food Arab/mediterranean/Lebanese resturant. We were four, we had good food. Shawarmas, chicken and rice. Shanina is top fav drink that makes you sleeeeeply lol.
