Crazy rude lady at the drive through refusing to give the correct order claiming she couldn’t. Then they said that they couldn’t make hot chocolate due to not having milk and when we switched a hot chocolate (3.99) for cookies (two for 1.50) they only gave us four cookies (3.00) which meant we were scammed a dollar. Not to mention, THE LADY CLOSED THE WINDOW ON US SEVERAL TIMES ON US WHILE WE WERE TALKING. And then this man tried to give an 11 year old kid coffee. McDonald's has been pretty consistent whenever I stop by. Orders are usually accurate, and the food comes out the way you expect from McDonald’s. The staff keeps things moving, and overall it’s a nice, smooth experience most of the time. The only small downside is that it can be a bit hard to hear at times. Other than that, it’s a solid location that does a good job staying consistent.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I was out late with my grandson. He asked if he could have Mc Donald's. Being the Grammy I am, I said yes and made an order via the Mc Donald's app. We arrived and and got in drive thru 2 lane. It was only one caf ahead of us as the other had about 4-5 cars in line. The ahead of us pulls off and we pull up. The person takes lane one's order. The next in line should have been us. The drive thru worker just kept taking orders from lane 1. Three cars had their order taken and we're just sitting waiting for someone to say "hello, what can I get you." It never

Today I bought food for me and my kids and in my drink I found a worm and how in the hell can a worm be in my drink shame on you guys for doing this you can give kids diseases and adults that eat McDonald's you should be checking your soda machines or any machines you have in McDonald's they have to be clean and after finding a worm in my drink im never in my life getting McDonald's from any places in the world shame on you guys.
