Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service was awful, and the wait was completely unacceptable. The drive thru line took nearly 2 hours, yet the employees spent what felt like 90% of their time staring at the screens instead of helping customers. Everything moved incredibly slowly, and there was no sense of urgency despite the long line. If you’re expecting fast food, this is definitely not the place. Management really needs to address the poor customer service and improve efficiency.

This is the closest location for me. The food is the same as all the others. The inside and lot are always very clean and well kept. They are usually busy, so be prepared to wait. Def recommend the beefy burrito on the value menu for $3 or one of the box specials for $5, $7 or $9.

At first there was a long line due to a customer refusing to move.. then I’m at the window waiting and it has currently been 10 minutes and no one has came to the window.. mind you I’m here for a DoorDash that only has a large BajaBlast . I knocked on the window nobody came still and they’re just in there hootin and hollering. 3:30am-4:10(still waiting)… I just seen the crew members in there but nobody came .. and I see the Order sitting right there ..

You guys are not right. I called to cancel my order because it was the wrong restaurant. No answer at all, I called like 5 times. Corporate needs to do something about this. My was $20 and some change. I never got an option to cancel nor did they answer the phone. Horrible service. Taco Bell you should be ashamed of your employees of not answering the phone for paying customers. Now I'm out of my money
