Wish I could give 0 stars….Fries taste like old grease and the burger was surprisingly good..... only bc I asked for it fresh and the sprite taste very watery. They need to fire everyone at the Debary location and start all over like the Burger King on Howland because their food is always fresh and good. I wish DoorDash was connected to that one instead

Terrible experience from start to finish. The manager was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional toward my wife. The issue started simply because my wife tried to use a valid coupon we had. Instead of helping or explaining things politely, the manager spoke to her in a very rude tone and with a bad attitude. The food was just as bad: •The fries were undercooked and raw •The food tasted bad overall •We found a hair in the fries, which is absolutely unacceptable There was no apology and no attempt to fix the situation, just attitude and disrespect. Okay I hate leaving bad reviews but I don't really think this is the staffs fault. I ordered my food and pulled up to the window to pay. After I paid they told me to wait at the first window until they told me to pull up. I waited 9 minutes and then the cashier told me to pull up. If I waited 9 minutes and I'm being generous my food should be hot. I was a district manager for Wendy's years ago and it seemed like they were more focused on faking service times than great service. There were 6 cars behind me going through the same thing I was. She’s always so kind, friendly, and welcoming, and it truly makes my mornings better. It’s really nice to start the day with such great customer service.
