I got a free drink today at Dutch Bros for my birthday, all add ons were completely free and the person at the window was super sweet to me!! they made my drink extra special and went all out, writing “Happy Birthday” on my drink, AND went out of their way to make the drink look cute on the outside by adding another cup with caramel and sprinkles to enhance the presentation. Overall, 10/10 drink and the drink absolutely made my day!!

It’s a good franchise to have a wide variety of drinks to choose from. In my experiences, the customer service quality of the employees has always been great. They answer any questions and have small talk when the opportunity arises. It can get busy here, so please be patient. Thanks for the great drinks.

The baristas here were very sweet. I had accidentally ordered to the wrong location and it would’ve been a 30 minute drive away. I was willing to just reorder and repay, but they made them without having me repay. I’ve had a super long week so far, so little things like this are extremely appreciated. And they’ve made my day. Quick & easy. App is great to order on, since up & new customer awarded me my first medium drink (any) free! Awesome sugar free options & protein milk! Spoiled on ones I make at home but this is a good out & about, lower calorie option than their competitors. Would definitely buy again.
