Shipley’s has always been my favorite place for donuts but it seems like the recipes have changed. The glazed donuts are still decent, but the chocolate filled seem to have changed quite a bit. They seem to have more of a whipped icing flavor instead of the richer buttercream flavor they used to have. Has the recipe changed?

This Shipley is having issues with the drive thru or maybe it’s the ladies headset i am not sure , but I ordered and she repeated the order to me and it was all wrong I had to raise my voice so she could understand what I was saying … she finally got it right and I started driving towards the window to pay when they make a snarky remark while still having her headset on … we obviously say something when we get to the window mostly my mom lol , the lady gets super red and doesn’t even look us in the eyes anymore NONE of them do ! We pay and get our food and drive away … well if that wasn’t enou

I went on Sunday around 5;00 pm. There were two ladies working therewonderful customer service. I only caught one of the lady's names beth , both lady's were a breath of fresh air after a hard day. Beautiful smiles and so attentive. Great job lady's. It's nice to meet people like you ☺️
