Went there because it was my daughter birthday and it was her pick. And I'm giving 3 stars on service only because our waitress was 2 days out off training and was trying. We arrived at 5pm on a Friday night and the place was near empty but trying to seat my party of 11 (4 kids & 7 adults) seemed to be a real struggle for the wait staff (they couldn't figure out how to handle server rotation so they wanted us to sit in 2 seperate groups), and that should have been my first clue to future issues. Drink orders went fine and ordering the food went smoothly, kids ordered in first adult's not even

Just walked waiting to be seated a waiter just carrying 1 thing of buffalo sauce managed to dumped it all over my 4 year old and 9 month olds diaper bag. Talked with manager she didnt want to give a discount on food or any just said sorry were not liable for anything

Ordered first drink from bartender and said it was our last drink?? Bartender didn’t even introduce himself. Just because I didn’t order food. Ridiculous. Food to drink ratio is crazy, I ate before I arrived because the food isn’t great. My glass was cracked as well

Goodness, I wish I would have read these reviews before I brought my daughter and her family here. They live in a town that does not have a BWW and she wanted to eat here. I honestly had only been to this location one other time. After today, I will never return. First impression of the restaurant when you walk in; DIRTY. Stained carpet, uncleaned tables, musty smell, dusty. The young lady sat us quickly enough ( 4 adults, a young child and a toddler with a highchair.) Our waiter Jeremy was clearly doing the best he could. When the basketball game was turned in the sound was so loud that m
