The attendant who took my order did not greet back after I greeted him. The lady who prepared the order did not announced loud enough for pickup, which I did hear (partly my fault) and my hot sandwich sat there for a while. Also, my fruit-cup was missing.

If I could rate this location zero stars I would. I ordered a loaf of artisan ciabatta bread. When I got home, I noticed it was sliced up in four pieces and sliced open. I phoned the store and spoke to supposedly the manager on staff, Ian, a total joke. I cannot begin to tell you the attitude this kid had. huffing and puffing the entire time he was on the phone. He had the nerve to say they slice the bread because they need it for sandwiches. If an order comes in for a full loaf of bread, and they don't have one, they piece it together (see photos). I have never purchased a loaf of bread cut

The order prep lady is very rude, and she’s calling for customers orders names in Spanish, I’m all about DEI but we are not in a Spanish speaking country. Manager and other staff don’t seem to care about it at all. Most ppl had to read the names on the receipt to make sure they get their own orders right including myself.
