Today we wanted to enjoy sandwiches at your establishment, but my husband and I really regretted it. My sandwich tasted terrible — the meat was overly salty, the onions seemed like leftovers, and although I specifically asked for tomatoes, none were added. My husband also did not like his food at all. Cold, awful food for $45. Even McDonald’s or Publix tastes three times better. The real value of your sandwiches is only $2–3 per portion.

Been coming here for 15+ years and am sad to say how disappointed we were in this visit. Prices have increased sharply, while portions seem to have been reduced. More than $30 for one normal cheesesteak, fries, and a soda!!!

On Saturday morning around 1am , I purchased food from big Al’s steaks . While eating my meal, I bit down on a hard object and discovered that there was a metal screw inside my food. This caused immediate concern and discomfort, including soreness in my gums after biting down. I Immediately went back to the restaurant , very calmly let the lady cook know what happened and she stated “I highly doubt that” I respectfully told her that I wouldn’t lie about something like that and that I’m calling the police . She would not give me my receipt back (as she needed it for me to pick up my food) and

One thing that always sells me sometime even more than the food is the customer service. In this case the poorest I’ve seen in a while for an upscale neighborhood. No hello, good morning or anything. I was asked what do I want as if I was bothering someone. After starting the conversation like that, you already lose your tip with me. The burger was horrible with one strip of bacon, wilted, lettuce, and old tomatoes. It was nowhere near worth $15. This was the first time in a long time that I have been at this place and never before have I had such poor service. Never again!
