Roka Hula absolutely nailed it. From the first bite to the last sip, everything we ordered was on point. Both bao buns were fantastic. Soft, flavorful, perfectly balanced. The tuna salad was fresh and clean, and the crispy tuna riceless sushi roll was one of those dishes you keep talking about after you leave. Creative, light, and packed with flavor. Really solid Asian spot with a creative menu and great execution. The bao buns were excellent, and the Korean challah sandwich (brunch only) was honestly phenomenal and worth coming back for on its own. The ribs were cooked perfectly, and even the edamame stood out - tossed with garlic and a generous amount of parmesan, which sounds unexpected but worked incredibly well. Wow, what a great addition to Atlantic Ave! It was our first time and we were impressed! The Unagi was my favorite and it was done right with a warm Unagi (not cold like other places). Bang shrimp was also very good. Spicy Marguerite is a must and very well done by our bartender Christian "Grey" 😀

We came on a Saturday around brunch and it was easy getting a table. The staff were awesome - friendly and helpful. We unintentionally started off with our favorite dish of the bunch - tuna crispy rice…had the best flavor profile. The other dishes were good too but didn’t compare to the tuna crispy rice.
